Role purpose:
As an “Asset Processing Specialist” you will be responsible for asset data capturing and providing administrative support for the procurement of leased assets. You will ensure that all asset data is made available in the system for all subsequent processes in high quality for further processing in accordance with the asset capturing standards. In addition you are cooperating with external partners, suppliers, customers, relevant internal departments and colleagues on international level to resolve queries and issues. Key responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of complex administrative duties
- Preparation of Approvals send to customers
- Acting as Quality Gate for data input in our systems
- Liaising and collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries and issues
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained
- Align department and corporate policies and procedures
- Identify and actively contribute to process improvements
Required skills:
- You appreciate details and being an investigator
- System and tech-driven mindset
- Fluent level of English
- Competent usage of all Microsoft Applications
- Comfortable with routines in daily work and teamplayer-mentality
- You are comfortable working independently as well as in an international team
