Role Purpose:
The IT Asset Remarketing Manager is responsible for driving the sale of end-of-lease and IT Asset Disposition equipment internationally, with the objective of maximising sales value, revenue and profitability.The role focuses on developing new customer and reseller relationships, managing existing partnerships, identifying market opportunities and supporting the growth of CHG-MERIDIAN's second-life business. The position works closely with Sales, Partner Management, Production & Logistics, Asset Risk, Marketing and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the international remarketing strategy.
Identify new customers, resellers, brokers and business opportunities.
Build and manage strong customer and partner relationships.
Grow the second-life sales pipeline in collaboration with Sales.
Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and fair market values.
Maximise sales prices, revenue and gross margins.
Support customers with tailored commercial solutions.
Manage sales orders and contracts through to payment and collection.
Monitor KPIs, financial targets and forecasts and provide regular reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer service.
Stay up to date with IT remarketing market trends, regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in IT, asset finance, IT Asset Disposition, remarketing or B2B sales.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to build and maintain international customer and partner relationships.
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a target-driven and continuous-improvement environment.
International experience is a plus.
Additional languages are considered an advantage.
