Your role
As a Junior Service Manager Belux, you support the implementation and delivery of CHG‑MERIDIAN’s services in Belgium and Luxembourg. You work closely with sales teams, customers, service partners, and regional colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in service management within an international environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the local rollout of CHG‑MERIDIAN’s service strategy and contribute to service development in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Identify customer needs and help shape suitable service solutions.
- Support the sales team by positioning CHG services and promoting tesma®, our asset management platform.
- Act as a link between customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle service requests, ensure proper follow‑up, and escalate when needed.
- Deliver trainings and workshops on tesma® and other CHG services.
- Support both local and international service implementations.
- Assist in the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of tesma® solutions.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate documentation of service activities.
- Contribute to service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in business or IT.
- Good command of Dutch, French, and English.
- First experience in IT services, technology solutions, or leasing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a structured and proactive way of working.
- Team player with adaptability and a hands‑on attitude.
- International (work) experience is appreciated.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium and abroad (2–3 times per year).
