Role purpose:
As an Indirect Sales Representative, you will strengthen relationships with channels, distributors, and suppliers, acting both strategically and hands-on to drive indirect business generation across the IT, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute the indirect business generation strategy (manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers), identifying new opportunities, optimizing the pipeline, and expanding the partner network.
• Manage administrative and commercial processes related to partners, including onboarding, contracts, compliance approvals, and CRM management.
• Conduct onboarding for new partners and support their journey with continuous follow-up.
• Support negotiations and commercial discussions in alignment with the area manager.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance both partner and end-customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities across different business verticals to attract new partners.
• Prepare performance reports and participate in alignment meetings with partners and management.
What you need to succeed in the role:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different audiences.
• Experience in vendor/supplier management, indirect sales, or business development within the IT, Healthcare, and/or Industrial sectors.• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms).
• Strategic mindset, results-oriented profile, and strong execution capability.
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).
• Availability for occasional travel.
