Role Purpose:
As a Senior Marketing Manager - Industrial Solutions you will accelerate growth in CHG-MERIDIAN's Industrial segment by building deep segment expertise, developing compelling market positioning in line with the brand and creating differentiated content, campaigns and sales enablement. It equips Industrial Sales, the Competence Center Industrial, and Regional Marketing teams with the materials needed to attract prospects and close deals. All content is developed as modular, localization-ready assets to maximize reach while minimizing duplication – driving measurable improvements in brand awareness and pipeline contribution from the Industrial segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain segment-specific positioning for Industrial
- Define key differentiators vs. competitors
- Produce high-impact content across formats e.g. white papers, case studies, solution briefs, web content, video scripts, presentations
- Build a modular, localization-ready content library covering all buyer journey stages
- Create and maintain sales & marketing collaterals such as battle cards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, etc
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain competitive comparison frameworks
- Lead GTM planning & execution for Industrial product/solution launches
- Track industrial market trends and translate insights into messaging improvements
- Support Regional Marketing teams with Industrial content, frameworks, and campaign planning

Understands industrial buyer personas and their decision-making processes |

Builds actionable competitive frameworks and differentiation strategies |

Works closely with Industrial Sales and Competence Center |

Tracks technology and industry trends affecting buying behavior |
|
Balances multiple deliverables across content types and stakeholders |
|
Refines messaging using customer data and campaign insights |
|
Enables content adaptation for different regional markets |
